Within a September 13, 2011 FOI response from the New City Department of Buildings (DoB), it is noted that World Trade Center Buildings 1, 2 and 7 have been deemed sensitive buildings and thus, plans for these buildings have been exempted from disclosure by statute because “if disclosed, the documents requested would endanger the life or safety of any person.”
The DoB reply also affirms a previous finding that no elevator records whatsoever were located regarding the extensive elevator modernization within WTC buildings 1 and 2, one of the largest ever.[1] Additionally, the DoB reply advises that the Port Authority of NY/NJ are not under the jurisdiction of the NYC DoB and that records for major pre-9/11 renovations may not have been submitted to the DoB.
The Port Authority of NY/NJ have previously advised within FOI records that records for major pre-9/11 renovations within WTC buildings 1 and 2 were destroyed on September 11, 2001.[2]
Funds are needed to appeal a recent ruling by the U.S. District Court of Nevada which erroneously blocked access to responsive records from the FBI regarding the Pentagon attack and the cockpit voice recording from United Airlines flight 93. An attorney specializing in the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is representing the plantiff in this case at a reduced public interest rate. Funds will be applied to appeal court filing fees, the creation of required appeal briefs, and attorney travel expenses to the hearing to provide in-person oral arguments before the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, California in this matter.
Our first deadline is May 15. We need to raise roughly $1,500 by then to cover filing fees and related expenses.
Recently acquired FOIA helicopter footage from 9/11 hit major media headlines.
The new video, some of it seen before (@ 4:00 min), is low-mid quality and mostly missing the very important aspects of the WTC Towers destruction; especially the onset of their destruction. It does however give good perspective to the dust cloud that covered thousands of people in Manhattan.
Over the last 9 years there have been many Freedom Of Information Act Requests filed pertaining to the events on 9/11/01. Very little of the information that has been acquired has had any major media attention if any at all.
The recently revealed file was uploaded to YouTube on March 6th; within 4 days the video had received 8 million views.
On this week’s “9/11 In Context” show, which airs Thursday, January 20, at 3pm ET, I will interview researcher Aidan Monaghan, who has investigated the 9/11 flights in great detail with important results. Aidan has also filed a wide range of FOIA requests from government agencies and filed lawsuits seeking information related to the 9/11 attacks. Today’s discussion will focus on Aidan’s impressive research into the autopilot technology available for 757s and 767s at the time of the attacks, contradictory black box information provided by government agencies, and other unusual circumstances related to the flights.
Julian Assange has condemned 911Truth, WikiLeaks has revealed nothing new and in fact has allowed for a total surveillance state takeover of the web. James Gourley, on the other hand, has sued the government for 9 years worth of censored videos, revealed bombshell evidence, smoking guns, cover-ups, and has blown wide open one of the biggest crimes ever carried out and never to have been properly investigated.
Thanks to James Gourley at the International Center for 9/11 Studies, the only individual to successfully sue NIST over a FOIA request for the entirety of the footage that’s been covered up for the past 9 years, we now have overwhelming evidence that disproves the official story of nine-eleven. Of the 5 terrabytes of data released, maybe 15% has been analyzed and posted on YouTube for the world to see. Even Gourley’s organization itself has not had the time to examine and post all of the new evidence and so other 9/11 researchers have taken up the task of downloading the raw data from the “NIST Cumulus Database” and posting the converted videos to YouTube and elsewhere all over the internet. We here at WeAreChangeNewJersey.COM will continue to post this new evidence until it is fully released.
A Freedom of Information reply from the New York City Department of Buildings reports that copies of city permits for routine or major construction work within World Trade Center building 7 during the years 1999, 2000 and 2001 could not be located. Records for the “ALT 2” category were requested.
“DOB divides construction work into two main categories: New Buildings (NB) and Alterations (ALT). Alterations are further divided into three types—ALT1s, ALT2s and ALT3s—depending upon the scope of work. An ALT1 is a major alteration in which the use or occupancy of an existing property changes. An ALT2 is an alteration in which the use or occupancy of a facility does not change, but includes multiple work types, i.e., plumbing and construction. ALT1s and ALT2s must be filed by a registered architect or licensed engineer.”
New NIST FOIA Cumulus release #14 Abe Conby 2 Clips DSCF0592 and DSCF0598. Clips DSCF0593-DSCF0597 missing from FOIA file. This would be the best shot yet, where are the missing WTC7 shots that should occur between clips 93 to 97? Notice the heavy dust coating everything, lack of a giant pile of collapsed building, the siding is all blasted off not crushed, and the cars are overturned but uncrushed from above. There is still a giant coverup of 9/11, why would they do that if it happened as they told us?
If the towers had collapsed, we would have heard firemen saying, “the building collapsed”. Instead we heard words like; explosion, blew, erupted. It is not like all the eyewitness’ were using the wrong adjectives on 9/11/01. Thanks to ICSD911
“..they just blew, the tower blew…” – Fireman
“…a huge explosion now raining debris on all of us. We better get out-of-the-way……” – ABC News Reporter
“..then, suddenly the second tower erupted right before our eyes…” – ABC News Narrator
A sad scene from what appears to be the night of 9/11 as rescue workers work tirelessly looking for survivors and their fellow firefighters who were in the buildings during their destruction.
Amazingly, after 220 stories of buildings “collapsed” into the streets right below, the streets were quite walkable for the rescue personnel. Shouldn’t there be a massive pile of a building, TIMES 2?
At the 6:58 mark there seems to be a very bright glow. It appears to be molten red hot metal in the mid-ground of the camera frame once the camera zooms in. Though no one seems to agree with me on that.
Over the last century, the most astounding historical discoveries of man-made artifacts have often been accomplished by well-funded, highly experienced researchers. From the excavation of King Tut’s tomb to the sighting of the sunken Titanic, stunning finds have required immense financial and human resources, as well as the leadership by distinguished. So, how did a mountain of never-before-seen footage used in NIST’s World Trade Center investigations get exposed to the light of day last month? Was it the work of a billionaire adventurer? Not quite. You can thank an upstart non-profit, the International Center for 9/11 Studies, whose efforts have at last borne fruit.
The International Center for 9/11 Studies was founded in 2008 by Director James Gourley, a Texas lawyer who began questioning the events of 9/11 after watching a presentation given by David Ray Griffin on C-SPAN.
“I was just floored by what I was hearing,” Gourley explained, “and I’ve been looking into 9/11 ever since then.
In order to encourage a better understanding of the 9/11 attacks and promote scientific study of these tragic events, Gourley assembled a small team of trusted colleagues, which includes physics instructor David Chandler, activist Dr. Graeme MacQueen, and Justin Keogh, the Center’s Chief Technical Officer. The Center has partnered with other key researchers in the past, including physicist Steven Jones and chemist Niels Harrit.
“We saw a wall of cloud. It was like pyroclastic…”
Of course many of us have seen this one with the same reporter as above and below, almost being killed by the South Tower Collapse.
And the long version of the above, however the audio falls off track for a while. Notice the flashes of light at 00:44 (to the left of the white “streamer”) and also the amount of smoke in the lobby at 1:42.
Yet another 9/11 video that NIST tried to block from being released has emerged discussing bombs in the World Trade Center that led to the collapse of the twin towers, indicating once more that the organization attempted to preside over a cover-up to hide evidence of secondary explosives.
Every single video that we have been able to study following a lawsuit brought by the International Center for 9/11 Studies, which forced the National Institute of Standards and Technology to release 3 terabytes of material, has contained either direct or eyewitness evidence of controlled demolition, suggesting that NIST’s refusal to release the footage after a FOIA request was a deliberate ploy to try and keep the material out of the public arena.
The new clip features CBS 2 reporter Marcia Kramer discussing a CNN report about secondary explosions inside the ground level areas of the south tower which caused the building to collapse.
“CNN is now reporting that there was a third explosion at the World Trade Center, probably an explosion from the ground that caused World Trade Center 1 to collapse on top of itself,” states reporter Marcia Kramer in the clip.
Kramer refers to WTC 1 but is in fact talking about the south tower, which was the first to collapse. The live footage on the clip shows the smoking north tower still standing.
“Again there was a third explosion, it is unclear what caused it, whether it was a bomb or whether the first plane that crashed into the tower had somehow been booby trapped with a bomb that was timed to explode later after the crash had occurred. But CNN is reporting that there was a third explosion that caused World Trade Center 1 to collapse within itself,” she adds.

Newly obtained 9/11 eyewitness footage that NIST fought tooth and nail to keep secret contains what appears to be the sound of explosions coming from the vicinity of WTC 7 after the collapse of the twin towers, offering yet more startling evidence that the building, which was not hit by a plane yet collapsed demolition style, was deliberately imploded.
The clip was released by NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) as part of a 3 terabyte package of video and photo data in response to a lawsuit brought by the International Center for 9/11 Studies. As we highlighted in our previous report, almost every single video studied as part of the release thus far contains damning evidence of controlled demolition on both the twin towers and WTC 7.
The latest video is from eyewitness Richard Peskin, who filmed ground zero from a high rise building that appears to be about a dozen blocks down the street from Building 7. The first portion of the footage is filmed immediately after the collapse of the second tower of the World Trade Center. At about 10 seconds into the clip, two clear explosions can be heard.
The clip then cuts to a later time and the cameraman states, “…explosion or something because there’s a lot of police activity and sirens and more smoke rising from the ground – new smoke – so there was some kind of additional explosion but I don’t know what it was….maybe it was a federal building or something like that,” as the camera pans across a shot of WTC 7.
At around 11am – around half an hour after the collapse of the north tower of the World Trade Center and an hour after the collapse of the south tower, Peskin states, “I still hear continuing explosions, I don’t know what it is,” as small explosions can be heard in the background.
